Boxing champion Mayweather has splashed nearly $5 million on a car that “shines like millions of diamonds,” made by Swedish company Koenigsegg. The expensive supercar is called the CCXR Trevita.

Floyd “Money” Mayweather is flamboyantly spending cash again people!

With over $300 million in earning this year, and firmly grabbing the title of the world’s highest-paid athlete, TMT boss Floyd Mayweather has decided to dip his hands into his pockets for a new ride. Although he recently sold off his ultra-rare Ferrari at about $4 million and planned to buy several new toys he had a change of mind and settled for a never heard of car – Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita. But knowing Floyd, we expected to be shocked by the figures, and we are. This weirdly named car costs a whopping $4.8 million and is one of the rarest cars ever.

CCXR Trevita

You can say this car is a great buy for someone like Mayweather who loves being the center of attention.

His latest CCXR Trevita is extremely rare that Mayweather is one of two people who actually own a piece on Earth, unlike his previously owned Ferrari Enzo that was once owned by the Sheikh of Abu Dhabi.

The Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita has some crazy specifications to make your jaw drop. It’s able to go from 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds and reaches 254 miles per hour at top speed. It’s coated with a custom carbon fiber which makes it shine like millions of diamonds under the sun.

This super rare car is one you won’t find anywhere on Uncle Sam’s roads expect of course you happen to spot Money Mayweather cruising around town.

Here’s the thing, try not to get attached to the aesthetic beauty of this machine because at $4.8 million it holds the record for the most expensive car in the world. For Mayweather, the hugging contest with Pacquiao was well worth it.
